Dates & venue: The course will take place on the 22nd & 23rd January 2009. The venue is the Maven Training Centre, 42 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1SB. The Maven Centre is one minutes walk from Liverpool Street station, and less than 10 minutes walk from Bank, Cannon Street, Fenchurch Street and Moorgate stations. Start & finish times: Coffee & registration will be from 9.00am on 22nd January. The course will start at promptly at 9.30am and finish by 4.30pm, on both days. Delegates will be sent a full programme prior to the course.
Booking information: The fee for the two-day course is GBP 341.55 (including VAT which is chargeable at 15%) per person which is payable in advance. By 2016 the Government wants all new homes to achieve a 'zero carbon' standard. By the end of this course, delegates should leave being able to develop a design strategy for achieving this target. The course will be relevant to Planners, Developers, Architects, and Sustainability Officers within Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
